Pitchplant are the duo of Christian Wiklund (a.k.a w0c) and Mattias Hällsten (a.k.a hst0ne). Based in San Francisco, USA and Motala, Sweden. The group previously known as Pigbay / Supa Weight Orange (SWO) have been recording tracks since the late 90´s (at that time based in Karlstad, Sweden.) The music has mostly been spread among friends, played in clubs, radio and also used for a documentary on SVT (the Swedish public service television company.) The music consists of analogue synthesizers, vinyl recordings, software synthesizers, guitar, electric bass and vocals. Their first release, Fat Is Beautiful (late 90´s) were only made in a few copies and spread among friends. Pitchplant have also made picture arts to friends they love.
